Piña Tropical ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ShowTune platform, including the website at showtune.ai, the studio application at studio.showtune.ai, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through your authentication provider (e.g., Google).
• Payment information: When you purchase credits or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and transaction history.
• User Content: Audio files, images, text prompts, storyboards, and videos you upload or create through the Service.
• Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or feedback.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, and timestamps.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, and language preferences.
• Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible provides aggregate website statistics without tracking individual users.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process transactions and manage your subscriptions and credits
• Generate AI content based on your inputs and prompts
• Communicate with you, including responding to support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service

We do not use your User Content to train AI models. Your uploaded audio, images, and generated content are used solely to provide the Service to you.

• Service providers: We share data with third-party providers who help us operate the Service, including:
  • Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and storage)
  • Neon (database hosting and authentication)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • fal.ai (AI content generation)
  These providers access your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).
• Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers provided by Cloudflare (R2 object storage for media files) and Neon (PostgreSQL database for account and project data), both located in the United States.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law. User Content (media files) will be deleted from our storage systems.

• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The ShowTune marketing website (showtune.ai) does not use cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individual users across websites.

The ShowTune studio application (studio.showtune.ai) uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

8. Third-Party AI Services

When you use features that generate AI content (images, video, audio processing), your prompts and uploaded content may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers to process your request. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We select providers that commit to not using your data to train their models.

Generated outputs are stored in our systems and are associated with your account. We do not share your generated content publicly unless you choose to publish it.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.
